"I engaged the services of Russell Dowling of Business Revamp in late 2009 and began
working through a series of coaching sessions with Russell.  When I began the process
I had no business processes or systems in place and was charging a fee that I felt was adequate. However after much soul searching with Russell I came to realize I was undervaluing my time and that although my business was fairly small I needed to implement some systems and create business processes.
